2. General information

We process personal data of our users only to the extent necessary to provide a functioning website and our content and services. Processing of personal data only takes place with the user's consent or on the basis of a legal permission (Art. 6 (1) GDPR).

3. Contact form

If you send us a request via the contact form, the data you provide (name, email address, phone number, selected offering, message) will be stored by us to process your request and in case of follow-up questions. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in processing inquiries).

To process your request, we share the data you enter with the following services:

  • Resend(Resend Inc., USA) – to send your request to us by email. This may involve a transfer of data to the USA, safeguarded by the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
  • Google Sheets / Google LLC – to store your request in our internal lead list (CRM substitute).
  • TidyCal – if you book an appointment directly after submitting the form, the TidyCal calendar loads embedded on our site. This may transmit technical data (e.g. IP address) to TidyCal already on load.

4. Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). When you visit the site, technical data (including IP address, date and time of access, page requested) is automatically processed by the hosting provider in order to deliver the website. This is based on our legitimate interest in a secure and stable provision of the website (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR).

5. No cookies, no tracking

This website currently does not use cookies or any tracking/analytics tools.

6. Storage period

We store personal data from the contact form for as long as necessary to process your request and a possible collaboration, after which it is deleted unless statutory retention obligations apply.

7. Your rights

You have the right at any time to:

  • Access the data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • Rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • Erasure of your data (Art. 17 GDPR)
