HEARTcore Leadership  ·  Leadership that becomes human again

Most leaders have learned to function.
And forgotten how to be themselves.

HEARTcore Leadership guides people back to themselves — so that duty becomes choice again, and functioning becomes leading.

Dominic Goins in conversation — listening
Encounter, not method

Some people come because they learned to function — but forgot how to be themselves.

Others come because they achieved what they dreamed of — and wonder why it feels so empty.

Others built a career that works on the outside — on LinkedIn, Instagram and at family gatherings — but not really for them.

HEARTcore Leadership is not a method someone applies to you.

It is a space in which you remember yourself — and decide whether you want to be the person you have become. Or the one you could truly be.

Four Movements

The path is not linear. It is entirely your own.

The path emerges as you walk
I

Uncover

Ent-decken

Before you can change, you must see what is actually there. Not the story about you. But you.

Which mask have you worn so long that you mistake it for your face?

II

Remember

Re-Member

You did not simply become. You were already there once — as a child, as a young person, perhaps in a single moment last summer. Remembering is the quietest form of coming home.

Which part of you stopped speaking at some point?

III

Letting Go & Unlearning

Unlearn

What is not yours may go. Conditioning, expectation, borrowed standards. Layer by layer. Without haste. Without force.

What did you commit to without ever truly choosing it?

IV

Living Your True Self

Embody

Not reprogramming. Not relearning. But embodying what was always there. From presence instead of pressure. From choice instead of duty. In everyday life, not on retreat.

What would you do if you no longer had to prove anything?

Three Paths

A door opens when you reach out your hand.

Three offerings — for different moments in life. No one has to walk them all. Some come for a day. Others stay a year. Both are right.

For Organizations

The Architect

Organizational Advisory

See systems. Lead people. Build structures that hold.

Some organizations function. Few hold.

The difference is not in the processes. It lies in the people who shape them — and whether they truly see, name and consciously lead the structures around them.

The Architectis the advisory for companies that treat leadership, culture and innovation not as separate projects — but as one shared system.

I see what is wrong. Usually before others can name it.

This is not a claim. It is an observation from nearly thirty years in international organizations — premium retail, luxury, corporate. 500 employees across 13 countries. Structures that scale. And structures that collapse under their own weight.

One pattern has emerged: most organizations know what they need to do. But they do not know what is holding them back. That is what I am here for.

Three strengths that rarely come together in one person

The Optimizer

I sense immediately when a system isn't running smoothly — not from a need to criticize, but from a genuine drive to improve. Friction, blind spots, well-intended leadership behavior that achieves the opposite. I name it clearly — invited, never imposed.

The Conceptualist

I translate complex reality into clear structure. I need a great deal of information before I speak — but then a picture emerges that wasn't there before. No consulting bullshit. Clarity that makes decisions possible.

The Leader

I do not lead through position, but through influence and vision — and the ability to move a collective in a direction it follows willingly. Invited, not autocratic. That is the only thing that holds over time.

Three fields — individually or combined
1

Leadership Culture & Development

How do your leaders really lead — not on paper, but day to day? I guide leadership teams from function into impact. No motivational training. No framework slideshows. Real engagement with what is — and what could be.

2

Organizational & Structural Design

Growth creates complexity. Complexity creates friction. Friction costs energy, talent, pace. I help read structures, recognize patterns and shape change that holds — not as a consultant who delivers a report, but as someone who knows what it feels like to stand in the middle of it and still shape it.

3

Innovation & AI in Everyday Leadership

AI is changing how organizations work and how leaders decide. Most react. Few shape. I guide leadership teams to treat AI not as an IT project, but as a leadership question: Which decisions does it change? Which capabilities does it require? And what remains — inevitably — human?

For whom

Mid-sized and large companies at a turning point — growth, transformation, generational handover, cultural change. And entrepreneurs who want to free their organization from themselves, without losing their signature.

How we work

No annual retainer without substance. No PowerPoint consulting. Clearly defined engagements — a concrete mandate, a realistic timeframe, measurable movement. Three months to a year. With real encounters — on site, in your spaces, with your people.

What I don't promise

No quick transformations. No guaranteed revenue growth. No method that fits everyone. What I do promise: I see what is there. I say what I see. And I stay until what is possible actually comes into being.

“The difference between an organization that functions and one that holds — rarely lies in the strategy. It lies in the people willing to lead themselves before they lead others.”

About me

I believed I was harder than the pressure.
Until my body said no.

Nearly 30 years in business. 22 of them in leadership. Premium retail and luxury. Responsible for 500 employees, operating across 13 countries. Today, a leadership role in an international corporation.

And alongside it: a companion for people standing exactly where I once stood, at a turning point. In functioning. In delivering. In no longer feeling.

I am not a healer. I am not a pusher-coach. I am someone who sees — and who has walked the path himself. Everything flows into my work: Human Design as a key to self-knowledge, nearly 30 years of leadership practice, spiritual traditions that have carried me — and the humility of someone who knows that growth is not linear.

Business grows when people do.

Voices

What people take with them.

I haven't returned from a seminar feeling this inspired in a long time. Especially the insight into how much lies within myself for good leadership to succeed gave me drive and a tangible desire to make an impact.

Mareike  ·  Leader

You invested in me. Your trust in my abilities was the foundation on which I grew — and outgrew myself.

Claudia  ·  Store Manager

That weekend set so much in motion. Thanks to it, I stand where I stand today — and for that I am endlessly grateful.

Yvonne  ·  Coaching client

A highly professional and emotionally intelligent executive and a pleasure to work with. He leads his team by example and delivers on target, and on time.

Helen  ·  CEO

Your fantastic level of positive energy — you've always used it to inspire and motivate all those around you. You've always led by being an excellent example.

Steven  ·  Long-time superior

With your experience and your positive way, you conveyed the content lightly and tangibly. I learned a lot — and I'm already applying it.

Christian  ·  Project Manager
Vision

I work with individuals, because I know:

When a new generation leads from truthfulness, companies change.

When companies put peopleback at the center, a world emerges in which more people may live truthfully — in every role they carry.

Less burnout. More consciousness.

We must learn to shine from within again
instead of trying to dazzle.
